Purpose of the processing
MAC GUFFIN S.L. processes the information provided in order to manage the contractual relationship between the parties and to send out information on activities, services and any others of interest that you have given your consent to, which may be carried out either by the data controller itself or by other organisations it collaborates with.
This authorisation applies retroactively to any data processing carried out previously by the data controller, whenever the purpose of such processing is the same as indicated above. It also applies to any other processing necessary to provide recent or newly contracted services.

Your data will be retained for the minimum time necessary in order to provide the service offered and to meet any liabilities or legal requirements deriving from the data.

Any data subject who believes that his or her data are not being processed correctly by MAC GUFFIN S.L. can send a complaint to administracion@ancoravigo.com or to the data protection authority, which in Spain is the AEPD, www.agpd.es.
Security and updating
You are hereby informed that MAC GUFFIN S.L. has implemented all the technical and organisational measures necessary to safeguard the security of your personal data. Such measures aim to prevent any alteration, loss, and/or unauthorised processing or access, as required by law, although it should be noted that absolute security cannot be guaranteed in any case.
With a view to keeping the information we process up to date and error-free, we ask our customers and users to report any changes in their personal data to us at the earliest opportunity.
